From Paris: Palace of Versailles Guided Tour with Bus Transfers

The directions for where to meet were very confusing. Needed to be much more clear. Need a better meeting place. When off the bus and splitting into three groups, the group leaders did not call out the numbers so we had to ask which group. After asking and being told it was group two we found out it was group three. Really need to make guides call out group number loudly. We do appreciate being able to get in a later group as we missed the one we were scheduled for because we went to the wrong place. Our group two guide was great. She had good stories and knowledge.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and I learned so much from her. She explained everything about what we were doing and what to expect. I would highly recommend this tour.

Our train to get to the meeting spot was canceled so we had to quickly shift gears & hail a cab to get there, arriving right at 10am thinking we missed it. Emma was there to greet us, she had texted me but I didn't receive it until later. She walked us over to meet Wade (I think that was his name) our tour guide + the rest of the group. Our tour guy was very helpful, knowledgable, engaging and answered all our questions! The big plus for us was that you had someone checking on people running late - really appreciate that! It was a great day at Versailles!

Travelling in Europe has really changed since my last visit in 2013 and i was surprised at how much was barrcaded in Versailles, particularly with respect to the entrance at the front gates. Nonetheless, the tour was excellent; Versailles remains a spectacular sight to behold and my adult son was mesmerized by the beauty and extent of the gardens as well. Our guide was forthcoming with an honest appraisal of the times of Louis XIV, his offspring and the suffering of the people of the times. I have seen/noticed and heard something new every visit and remain in awe of the splendour of the palace.

All was smooth, except the train was on strike. Given that there were 30 of us I thought a bus might be better. I felt that it was a bit rushed. Maybe because we got a late start.

Our Guide Veronique was very knowledgeable and spoke very extensively and well out the site and the royal family. She made the site come alive!

Train transportation is a great advantage to go to Versailles. Fast and quiet. By a mistake I bought it in English. The guide was extraordinary, lots of interesting facts and very attentive to our doubts. Highly recommended.

Absolutely stunning venue just a shame that the water fountains only work on Sat & Sun.....had I known prior I would've gone then instead of a week day. Considering the amount of people there you would think the fountains would be running all day as it is one of the main attractions in the Gardens....

Our guide was an obvious professional,and very friendly.The site was unbelievable.I think a better experience than the Louvre.

I really appreciate how informative our tour guide was. It was absolutely fantastic and she was so patient with everyone. Definitely a joyous time and will for sure come back one day with others.

Die Organisation war gut und soweit klar. Das Paket Transport, Besichtigung und Führung hat sich gelohnt. Nicht zufrieden war ich mit dem Hörapparat, den ich nicht einstellen konnte und knackendem Ton und dem Englisch mit stark französischem Accent. Ich hatte deshalb nur sehr wenig verstanden, schade.

Building tour excellent Garden tour time was only 45 minutes and walking tour required 2.5 hours so not enough time to see much of anything. Tour should give option for later return to Paris Should have skipped bus back to Paris and visited gardens as bus broke down and it would have been fairly easy to take bus or train back

the tour guide Natalie was great. full of knowledge and very helpful. always around and very willing to help. Great job!

I was only 2 days in Paris and it was important for me to get the ticket on the specific day. I am not very fluent with apps but it was easy to get ticket, confirmation, guideline etc. If you look for improvements opportunity - it was not enough time for such a beautiful place - I would say min. 4 hours + transport

I was late on me group visit, the group of gide call me me Bach, and they olso wait for me. It is so gentile. Thank you, it was the grate day.

Easy transaction with good details about meeting point. Bus ride was very comfortable and the two guides were very knowledgeable

Headout made traveling and exploring Paris France the best! We were able to choose the sites/excursions we wanted and do all the things we wanted.

I had requested a spanish guied and I was stayed alone for a few minutes. The english guied help me but I did not understand nothing.
