Dubai Fountain Show & Abra Lake Ride Tickets

The office displayed in your instructions doesn't exist anymore and is located only in LG (Low Level) ground of Dubai Mall. Very, very confusing to allocate this counter and I was searching for it almost an hour. You can't simply skip the lines, first you have to speak to a person who puts you into the line. I suggested you to update your information. The best way to access the Mall from metro station is to go with the crowd and follow sign to the Mall but the first tunnel on the right hand side. Walk through the tunnel exit the building downstairs and turn left and walk the pedestrian sidewalk towards Burj Khalifa and walk by right side down towards lake and fountain till you the promenade and entry to the Dubai Mall entrance where the exchange counter is. This is the easiest way.

The captain was very understanding nice human. Tge over all rode was a greta experience. Fountain show was extraordinary.

The boating experience was great. Found it odd that after buying an online ticket we had to collect a paper ricket from a teller in the mall. It was easy but a level of administartion that could be removed.

That rating could have been higher if I didn't have such high expectations of this attraction. I didn't feel so immersed with the experience. Parts of it were impressive though!!

Nice to enjoy the area by boat, the show as well. However update how to reach the ticket place as very difficult to find it

The bost ride in the Abra was really fun, but for a first-timer to Dubai it was not too easy finding the tickets and then the location. Dubai mall is huge, so leave yourself enough time to find everything. A good half an hour from the time you reach the mall (and even better - 45 minutes).

Loved the boat ride but the directions to find it were so confusing and stressful. Running through the mall thinking we had missed the boat was awful.

It was simply magic and we enjoy the musical fountain. The inly hiccup was the hassle to find the counter to redeem tickets.

Everything was superb. One of the most well organised event.
