Dubai Butterfly Garden Skip-the-Line Tickets

The total in the app was showing 110 AED but I was charged 440 AED in my account . Not what I was expecting, could not cancel or refund the ticket too. Total trip off !

Everything was good.. except the temperature it was getting hot.. heat wasnt managed with the increase in number of people..

Ticketing was easy, and ticekts could be downloaded on my mobile. There was zero waiting time at the entry to the park. The butterfly garden and the miracle garden experience was awesome.

The butterflies were amazing, so beautiful & there were so many. The Miracle Garden was also great. Thoroughly enjoyed the vast areas.

No staff at the Butterfly Garden bothered to explain to us what all was included in the Headout Pass! Since it is not possible for tourists (persons making the bookings) to remember or recall the inclusions of the ticket at the time of visit, it should be up to the staff to INFORM or display on some BOARD/SCREEN so that customers don't miss out on the inclusions. And that's what we realised later, after leaving the garden that my kid missed out on the cinema show, etc. Trusting Headout was our mistake, which we fret because a middle-class Indian tourist saves money for years to make a trip to an expensive place like Dubai and Headout let us down badly!

Great experience no queue's? Fast entry . As usual Dubai is a wonderful city you can visit so many attractions and this was one of the best as we could get very close to the butterflies

It is smooth and Hazel free. For uae residents no such discount as counter tickets option are discounted for them,but visitors can have it.

Beautiful butterflies landing on your head, shoulders, on my shoe, it was such cute little blessings. Have to be very careful when walking through. I saw a few kids trample on some butterflies and I felt so sad for the damaged and half dead butterflies. It not a place to bring little kids that don't respect the butterflies home. I was the first one in there so it's not crowded at all!

It was an awesome experience.. was feeling like as if we were in heaven.. truly would love to visit again .. booking ticket online was hassle free and convenient.. thank you so much !!!
