Reserved Entrance Tickets to Castel Sant'Angelo

The castel is amazing. Its arquitecture, its inside, outside, sightseeing, really beautiful. Friendly manage of getting the ticket to access, easy, simple!

The amazing history- easy to get around - fantastic view from the top! Also enjoyed a beer at the cafe looking out at St Peter's.

I loved the way they took us in - as a reserved entrance, rather than Mekong us wait for hours in the unreserved-ticketed line. Half the toilets at the place were closed, but that is "normale"

EN arrivant au chateau, on me dit que ce n est pas l endroit ou je dois recuperer mes billets. Heuresement qu Isaure, une dame travaillant pour vous etait devant le chateau et a pu trouver la solution en me faisant un partage de donnees avec son téléphone et ainsi m'eviter de perdre un temps precieux pour aller recuprer des billets a un autre endroit.

The visit of Castel St Angelo was awesome. The visit of the Pantheon wasn´t so great. Despite having bougth the tickets before we had to wait a long time in the queue to enter the monument. Furthermore, after having paid 17 euros for adults and 5 euros for children (when the official price is only 5 euros for adults and free for children), if we wanted to use the audioguide we had to pay even more.

The ticketing experience with Head-out was simple and manageable. We were able to enter with no problem. Good experience and would book with Headout again!

Castel Sant'Angelo is an amazing piece of Roman history! We booked the entry online, managed to be there when there was no line, handed my phone to the ticket collector and, minutes later, we were enjoying a wonderful, hassle free visit!

I had no idea that I have to use the code to get a ticket from the counter, and that the code is in the app. Wish I had known that earlier, which would have saved time for me. Other than this, the actual headout online process was easy. The location is worth visting!

What a rip off!!!! Paid a total of 44 EUR for two 5 EUR tickets to Pantheon to skip the line tickets. Turns out that this was by far the longest line. So NOT worth the extra money - buy your ticket at the entrance.

Die Engelsburg sollte immer bei einem Rom Besuch dabei sein. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist unglaublich schön. Mit den reservierten Tickets konnten wir um 16:30 ohne Wartezeit eintreten.

I highly recommend headout for your ticket reservation needs. Awesome, convenient and fast access to the tourist attraction spot of my interest. AAA+++ rating!

If only the app didn't stuck and showed only first two out of three tickets we bought, the experience would have been excellent. No waiting time is a plus. Apart from that everthing went smoothly and we had enjoyed our time here.

I thought this booking came with a guide or at least an audio guide that we would be given, not that I would need to download an app and guide, very poorly run, booking not clear. Would not recommend

The lady with red jacket whom I had to go get actual tickets from had an attitude and was not welcoming at all. Once inside the entrance, the gentleman who guide us through the que was really nice but we were never offered the audio guide equipment if there was any as mentioned prior to purchasing the tickets. It was unexpectedly disappointing.

No time wasted buying the ticket and immediate entry... even though it was raining, we could have been soaked before we got in. We also received a brochure.

Loved Castel Sant Angelo. It would be helpful for travelers with low wifi abilities to be able to download the audio in advance to coming to pick up the tickets. We were unable to use the audio based on this as I did not have enough bandwidth for the download to successfully download. Otherwise was easy to locate the staff providing the tickets.

It's practical and easy to use. The only thing is that I had to download your app and now I will have to delete it, but there was no problem at all and the explqnqtions are good.
