It was very straight forward to book on my phone, booked 2 days in advance & a competitive price . Bar code on the app scanned successfully on entry & we will use the app again soon.

It was first time for my daughter to see marine animals. She like turtle, shark (ask me if it will eat us :)) and water cat.

- expensive ticket - not admitted on time as advertised but had to queue for half an hour to get in - venue felt very crowded - exhibits were not as clear or clean as I remember in the past.

The tour guide was awesome! He had some tips for where to eat, and where to drink. I loved it! The visits were great as well.

Everything was perfectly thought out. There's a dedicated area for strollers, the staff are very welcoming and make sure you have a great experience.

We had a ticket for 10:30am and arrived at 10am. We were still let in. We were able to take a leisurely tour, with no queues and no crowded rooms. We were thrilled by the aquariums' staging and décor. The variety of marine animals is impressive. We were delighted with the experience.

Being able to see animals that we don't see every day. Sharks, turtles, penguins, different fish, an experience worth doing with the family.

Good experience in itself, but for my taste and that of my partner, not worth the price. What's more, we came especially for the penguins, and were very disappointed to find their area entirely in the dark, with no way of seeing them, and no prior information on the subject. As a result, I would not recommend this aquarium.

It was quick and easy to get into the Aquarium for a family of 5. All areas were laid out well with limited queues to see the attraction. All ages were entertained from 9 months to 60.

Very busy (lunchtime booking), long queues to view tanks but helped with slow and fast lanes. Lots of information throughout, opportunities for face painting, VR experience and guides were great. Recommend booking via Headout - no hassle unlike other major sites!

It was a good experience, the experience lasted about 1 hour, I would have liked it to be much bigger and that there were more species, for me it was worth it but you should know that the attraction does not last long.

Very convenient ki electronic tickets on the phone. No paper..a quick ansion and the visit to Sea Life begins.... Beautiful for both adults and children. Many interactive points on the way dia manual and virtual. The glacial corner with the penguins is wonderful. Also beautiful is the virtual simulated experience with sharks....similar to really being on the seafloor

We enjoyed the experience although we thought having to pay extra for the diving experience was disappointing. The ticketing was frustrating as it took me 20mn to get in...as I was unable to download the tickets....I was eventually given the WIfI access!
