Il palazzo molto bello. In realtà c'era più coda nella corsia di chi aveva già il biglietto rispetto a quella di chi doveva ancora acquistarlo. Comunque si è trattato di 10 minuti di attesa. Per il resto App Ben funzionante e pratica

Il Palazzo Reale di Madrid è veramente come ci si aspetta. Una palazzo che esprime opulenza e maestosità in ogni stanza. Stupendo

We had a private tour. Beautiful rooms. I like that several Italian architects were invited to contribute to the palace. Great history. It's good to be king!

Everything was perfect. The trip was well organized, and the tour guide was very helpful and informative, she explained every detail with a wide historic background, moreover she made our trip joyful with her nice comments and interpretations

We booked on an english tour. It was last minute changed to english and spanish which really slowed the tour down on a very busy morning.

Our guide was a lovely guy , gave us a lot of information and some funny historical facts. No complaints here, but... by the time of booking on the website it says that you are paying for the 1,5 hour guided Royal Palace Tour, so we've expected to spend all that time within the palace... In reality, the first half an hour we spend outside. And even though we've been told an interesting stories during that time, an ACTUAL TOUR throughout the Palace only lasted an hour and was a bit speedy, so we didn't have enough time to stop for a few minutes for example and look into details like furniture or royal family silverware etc. Really wish we could spend more time there...

Our tour guide, Javier, was exceptional! He was extremely knowledgeable about Spanish Royalty and the history of the Royal Palace and all the inhabitants. Information was interesting and enlightening. A must see!

Guide was so kind and did a great job, awesome time of day to go (10am) as the crowds were very limited - the palace was BEAUTIFUL!!!

Great location of the hotel. You can discover many sights on foot if you like to walk a lot like we do. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was small but nice.

The tour started a hour later Inside It was very hot and Crowded and also It was difficult to understand and hear clearly the audio guide

bonjour, le guide était bien mais un peu blasé. J'ai juste été décue de devoir attendre sous la pluie à l'accueil des groupes quand il était annoncé qu'on ne ferait pas la queue. Par ailleurs, on aurait commencé à l'heure, on n'aurait pas attendu peut être aussi longtemps. Pas de prime aux retardataires SVP !!!

The palace was absolutely beautiful. Received information that was interesting and well presented. Unfortunately, I accidentally signed up for the tour in Spanish as my husband does not speak the language, but other than that it was very good

Todo ok...simplemente que es dificil cuando estan explicando estar combinando idiomas no por el guia, él muy bien, pero como que pierdes el hilo de lo que ta va comentando al estar diciendolo repetidamente en ingles y español... por lo demas todo excelente...

The palace itself is awesome. Our guide was knowledgeable and kept the group together and moving at a good pace. The meeting place was easy to find. Well worth going with this group.

This was a fantastic tour! I was so grateful to have such a knowledgeable and passionate local guide. Having grown up in Toledo, he had a deep understanding of the history and forces that have shaped the people and culture of Spain. Skipping the line made the whole experience smoother. The palace itself is magnificent, and something every visitor to Madrid should see.

Benny, our guide, was amazing. He was calm and in control despite the surrounding chaos. A kindergarten teacher couldn't have done better. It must be like herding cats! He kept us moving but at a comfortable pace, highlighted the most interesting details, and all with a smile and a wink and a sly sense of humor. I'd recommend HIM and this tour to others. It was perfect for the slim amount of time we had left on our trip to see the palace. Wow!

Que no limiten los audio guías a un idioma , no alcance un horario para guía en español y pensé que tal vez el audio guía por lo menos podría obtenerlo en español 😩

Me ha gustado mucho todo, desde Ismael nuestro guía que era genial super atento, y la rapidez para entrar la duración de la visita. El Palacio es espectacular.

The uniqe capacity of our guide Javier to connect the members of the group while telling the mystic and beautiful stories about Spanish history took our breath away. The tour through the Palacio Real without this kind of guide would be uncomperable to this experience.
