Big Bus: The Original DUCKtours Singapore

A very good experience to travel on such a special truck. The tour guide was great too. Not only the boat trip but the tri on the road trip were great too!!

The whole experience. However what we totally disliked was that even as Singaporeans we could not hear or underatnd what was being said by the good commentator. This is due to the very poor sdound system and noisy engines of the vehicle. This has been the same feedback given by tourists over the years & the company has done NOTHING To improve this key issue.

The bus had an accident at Gardens By The Bay. But we were not told anything till the passengers came down and check themselves. We waited 45 mins for an answer. At the very least do tell the passengers about the situation. And please have a back up plan. My family and me had to wait for the 2nd bus in order to board again. Definitely the last time taking this.

This is the first time I experience booking of tickets through Headout. Was a bit apprehensive in the beginning because of the numerous scams and scalpers around. The process was quick and tidy. The duck tour was interesting and so was our guide (apologies for missing his name when he first introduced himself as was busy looking around the scenary). Even as a local, I learnt things I had not known. The best part of the trip was the going from land to the water! That was exciting!
