Wat ik slecht vind is dat jullie mailen dat je een ID mee moet nemen en dat ik daardoor de hele dag met mijn paspoort op zak loop en dat jullie er niet om vragen. En ik vind het slecht dat jullie zeggen kom op tijd anders kan je niet meer mee en de zaak was nog niet ope. Op het afgesproken tijdstip pas 25 min later

The meet location was easy to find. Then had to stand in more an hour queue before getting in. he basilica is incredible and we discovered amazing places. The guide was very clear and patient with everyone. Despite the hour wait in a coma to get in, he made it very enjoyable.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Unser Guide hat die Anstehzeit auf dem Petersplatz mit Erklärungen und Geschichten sehr kurzweilig gestaltet. Auch die Erklärungen im Petersdom waren sehr ausführlich. Es hat uns sehr gefallen.

In order to pay your respects, you must abide by the Basilica's dress code. Sleeveless blouses, miniskirts, shorts, and hats are not permitted. Knees and shoulders must be covered for both men and women. Comfortable shoes are recommended.
St. Peter's Basilica is often subject to last-minute closures for religious ceremonies. Moreover, on Wed mornings, it may be closed to the public due to the Papal Audience taking place in Saint Peter’s Square.
Infants aged 5 and under can enter for free. It is only required to show their ID at the venue to enter.
