Overall the setup and available species in the Zoo was impressive. Much appreciated. I purchased All access tickets. There was no drink/snack offered to us. I do not know why? Can you check please? If possible, ticket price can be lowered that would eventually attract low incomers to visit the Zoo.

Small but very nice aquarium. Clean, beautiful, everything is tasteful. Very much liked the excursion - behind the scenes. It was interesting. Beautiful territory, there is a place to walk afterwards. We had a great time: grinning:

Let me just start this by saying that Phillip Island is absolutely breathtaking and I had an (overall) great time here. That said, there are a few things worth mentioning: Pro: The Moonlit Sanctuary Conservation Park- the main highlight- was decent. I went on a weekend (that’s on me) so I’d anticipated packed trails but they kept to their word about limited guest capacity. Also if this helps, it is suitable for the physically disabled (saw a staff member assist someone in a wheelchair). The walking trails are easy and I spotted a lot of the wetland native animals.Con: While the Moonlit Sanctuary was a decent experience and I spotted all the animals I had in mind, I much rather prefer a more hands on farm experience– but that’s just me. In spite of my personal doubts, I would say that the pros trumped the cons. It was a day well spent. Kudos to DAVE he gave me an inspiration to be an instructor or tour guide

It was an amazing experience. The journey with the various creatures was fun filled with the knowledge. It is suggested to give every guest a small booklet upon arrival. This will help them to have more knowledge and understanding about the various species on the display.

This is my second visit to the Aquarium and we thoroughly enjoyed the interactive and informative journey. However I do wish to highlight an issue with the tickets purchased online. We had purchased 3 tickets priced at AED160/- that included the aquarium and glass boat package. On arrival we were informed that we were each booked for the AED140/- package and would need to pay an additional AED50/- per person to upgrade. Thankfully an alert staff / supervisor intervened when she observed I was rather unhappy and quickly reissued the correct tickets ensuring we had a pleasant evening.
