Important Information

• Every guest will be given a face mask upon entry and it's required to wear the face mask while playing.

• All guests are required to wear all entry accreditation (handed over upon registration) and are not to be shared with other guests. This is valid for a single entry per guest.

• Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and guided by guests aged 18 or older.

• Individual rides have different height requirements irrespective of age. The minimum height required is 110cm. Children unable to use equipment properly are not allowed to ride.

• You are strongly recommended to wear contact lenses to enjoy a better experience as the headsets may not fit a glasses frame.

• It's advised to wear comfortable clothes (pants are recommended) and appropriate footwear (i.e., no slippers and high heels). It’s also recommended not to wear mascara as it can smudge the lens and affect your experience.

• The activities are not recommended for pregnant women.

• Locker service can be availed on purchase of a token at the ticket counter, for one-time usage.

Please Note:

• Symptoms of excessive Virtual Reality exposure (more than 1 hour continuously) can persist and become more apparent hours after use. These post-use symptoms could cause excessive drowsiness and decreased ability to multi-task. These symptoms may put you at an increased risk of injury when engaging in normal activities in the real world. Do not drive, operate machinery, or engage in other visually or physically demanding activities that have potentially serious consequences (i.e., activities in which experiencing any symptoms could lead to personal injury or damage to property), or other activities that require unimpaired balance and hand-eye coordination (such as physical sports or riding a motorcycle, etc.) until you have fully recovered from any symptoms.

Restrictions

• Smoking of tobacco, e-cigarettes, or other products that produce vapor or smoke.

• Food and drinks are not permitted within all attraction zones.

• People with the following medical conditions will not be able to play: Epilepsy and similar seizure disorders, deafness or severe hearing loss, broken legs or arms, and wheelchair users.

• Do not use VR Universal equipment if you have any of the following conditions: Lack of sleep, motion sickness, cold, flu, headaches, migraines, earaches, digestive problems, emotional stress, anxiety, or if you're under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or a hangover.

• VR Universal attractions are not recommended for people with the following symptoms: pregnant guests, pre-existing binocular vision abnormalities, psychiatric disorders, any heart condition, and hypertension.
