• Your entrance time to the Amsterdam Dungeon will be the time slot you book during check out
• The Amsterdam Dungeon is open from 11 AM to 6 PM from Sun to Thu, and up to 7 PM on Fri and Sat
• The dungeon tour is not recommended for children under the age of 10, and guests younger than 13 must be accompanied by an adult
• It is wheelchair accessible (max. 1 at the same time inside)
• Pregnant guests and guests with back or neck complaints should warn a member of staff upon entering, who will provide directions to consider
• The tour is not recommended for people with visual impairments and claustrophobia

• Frequency: Every 15 - 20min
• Summer: First bus at 9:15 AM from Amsterdam Central Station and the last bus is at 6:00 PM
• Winter: First bus at 9:30 AM from Amsterdam Central Station and the last bus is at 5:15 PM
• Tour Duration: 1hr 10min
• This tour has no departures on April 27 due to Kings Day
