I randomly booked the seats online. So, we were not given selection of seats. we were seated at the far left hand side. The whole stage was still visible but it would have been great if we could select seats ( even at a higher price). My children aged 10,8 and 6 totally enjoyed it and wanted MORE! We had to pay 100 baht per actor to have pic taken at the end of the show. definitely bring your children!

O Cabaret Calypso oferece-lhe um espetáculo interessante e brilhante. Não se parece com um drag-show ocidental, pelo menos porque os artistas femininos, masculinos e transgéneros actuam todos juntos e a maior parte das actuações são em grupo e não individuais. E as actuações de lipsing não são, em geral, muito emotivas. De qualquer forma, todos os artistas são bailarinos profissionais e o espetáculo é muito interessante.

Calypso wanted to do away with the status quo of transgender performances, which generally includes the performers dressed in lavish costumes and trinkets. Calypso aims to free itself from the stereotype and showcases thoroughly trained and educated individuals, who bring their very best to the stage.
