O Top Golf foi ótimo. Adorei cada minuto. Só pagámos por 1 inscrição a 20 aed em vez de 60 aed. O custo da inscrição é para que o seu nome possa aparecer no ecrã e manter a pontuação. Mas foi um bom dia. O que é que eu faço é dizer que já paguei, porque tive de estar sempre a dizer isso Pagámos 1 hora de antecedência, mas pagámos mais 30 minutos na cabine. Depois do jogo, joguei alguns jogos no andar de baixo. Mas no geral foi um ótimo dia. Não tive problemas com os bilhetes, etc Voltaremos definitivamente a utilizar Headout em futuras viagens (utilizámo-los 4 vezes durante a nossa estadia no Dubai).

Hi to After sales services Team, The event was fine, just few things occurs in begning was not pleasent. On the front desk (reseption) till allocation of the bay, every thing goes well. on the next registration step, a pillipono staff was guiding us and meanwile another pakistani staff named "Ahmed on his badge" jumped in and start investigating how much I have paid for this game, and then he was arguing that game play is separate you need to pay for it, which was very ocward in front of my family guests. I explaind to him that I used to play with the same voucher without paying any extra payment for game play, only extra payment is for new registration. Later he understand and allowed us to play. I also informed "Ahmed" that I didnt like your way of jumping in the situation, and he appologised as well. thanks for asking the feed back. Regards. Ali Raza

I didn't get that ladies name who served us but she deserves a star, she has a top front customer service and a proper knowledge at golf, she made fall in love with golf

Excellent welcome by the girl at the counter- she couldn't have been more kind. Golf was fab - visiting from uk and would definitely recommend it.

Important Information

Your voucher is valid for a maximum of 6 people for a 1-hour session on the allocated bay.
This ticket cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
Bays are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
Expect a waiting time subject to availability of Bays.
Waiting time may apply and can range from 0 - 4 hours.
Customers may enjoy the waiting period in any of the outlets at the venue.
The vouchers are subject to the availability of the bays.
A casual dress code is recommended.
Anyone under 16 years of age must be supervised by a guest 21+ years at all times.
On 31st Dec, the venue will close at 4 pm.
