Important Information

• There's no need to book a specific time slot to ride the wheel. Bring your ticket (printed/mobile) to the ticket booth cashier within the operating hours to redeem your ticket

• A gondola's maximum capacity is 8 people (6 adults + 2 children 11yrs & under)

• Bookings are subject to standard Channel 7 Wheel of Brisbane operational terms and conditions

• Each ride on the Channel Seven Wheel of Brisbane lasts about 10-15 min (about 4 rotations)

• This attraction is wheelchair accessible (with trained assistance available)

• Audio guides are available in English and Mandarin

• Maps are available in English, Mandarin & Japanese

• Small bags and backpacks can be taken on board the Wheel – large bags, luggage and prams cannot

• You can not bring along food or drinks to the attraction. They are available for purchase on site if required

• If you are visiting with a large group (over 10 people) please call 07 3844 3464 at least 24hr prior to give an estimated time of arrival so you can be best looked after
