• The target age for this activity is 10 years old

• Please be sure to call the shop directly the day before the experience for confirmation on availability

• There are no restrictions on participation due to health conditions, but if you have any concerns, you can ask the operator at the time of applying

• The activity may get canceled due to bad weather. In this case, no refunds will be made to cover transportation costs to the site

• There is no parking lot near the shop, but it is possible to arrange for it, so please make a reservation at the time of booking. The parking fee is free if you park your car in the store and travel in the operator’s vehicle. If you choose to go to the sea in your own car after gathering at the shop, parking fee will be charged depending on the point

• Even if there are no waves at all, there are many things to teach for those who are new to the school, so the lesson will continue. However, if you would like a lesson with the waves, the final decision on the time will be given by phone the day before

• Regardless of whether or not you get your surfboard, prices will apply for the rented board

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly after the purchase

• Please display the same along with a valid photo ID at the meeting point

• Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled time in order to avoid any delays
