The Vatican, Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica are amazing! Communication with Headout Bookings was very good; everything you needed to know where to meet the tour. Susana, our guide, was very knowledgeable and highlighted everything! Love how the tours provide ear pieces and everyone on the tour can hear the guide. We learned so much about artists, statues and so much history!

The tour guide, I believe her name was Lara?, was exceptional. Enthusiastic, passionate and knowledgeable. She took time to ensure all guests "my beautiful family" got the most from this experience. Whilst the tour is long, there is so much to see, that it could not be shortened. Words cannot describe the sights of the museum, Sistine Chapel and St Peter's Basillica and square. Stunning! The meeting point was ideal as guests could sit and relax at the cafe prior to tour beginning. I would highly recommend this tour to all Rome visitors as first timers ourselves. Our tour guide Davide was brilliant. He explained the various conflicts within the church the pope and matters around Italy which effected the history of the Vatican. His expertise made the experience amazing and he always gave us time for pictures and questions. His English was perfect. He also had a funny side which makes a long tour more enjoyable. He also gave us recommendations for restaurants around Roma. Can't recommend this tour enough.

The Vatican was one on our bucket list & did not disappoint! We loved the history of the place the paintings & the sculptures. It was one of the most beautiful place I've been to. Hope to go back in a couple of years. The tour guide was so knowledgable in explaining the history of the treasures in it.

Was an amazing experience led by a brilliant guide. Very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Prior knowledge to how many steps would have been helpful but didn't spoil the experience. Updates, reminders and directions to meeting place were very useful.

Anna our guide was amazing and made the whole experience come to life. Her knowledge was fantastic. Ticketing was efficient, meeting place well thought through. An excellet experience and worth the money.

Standing and vaiting for people to return after WC break just as when we got inside after security was not best time management. When people meet in due time ask to use WC before meet time, or ask them to use WC while initial information is shared on upper outdoor deck(toilet located right before doors)

It was a good introduction to the museum and the Sixtine Chapel. It would have been even better, if it had been posible to see more of the museum after the guided tour. We had a exellent guide!

La guide était très bien, petit groupe d'une quinzaine de personnes, visite de 3h à un rythme tranquille. La visite de la chapelle Saint-Pierre se fait en autonomie. Très bonne expérience que je recommande sans hésiter !

The ticket experience was so easy. Purchased in the app and was done. Alessandra from City Wonders was an EXCELLENT tour guide!! She really was very knowledable on the history of the Sistine Chapel and St Peter's Basilica. She was also very respectful while in St Peter's Basilica when Mass started.
