Die Buchung der Karten war ganz unproblematisch. Wir konnten damit problemlos die langen Warteschlangen umgehen und den Besuch im Louvre genießen.

The guide got us directly to the Mona Lisa. However I did not realize audio was included. But my expectation was only to get into the museum and experience it. I got exactly what I paid for. The coat room was a bonus.

We were disappointed because we had no idea how to access the audio guide, they denied my daughter entry saying we only had one ticket, and we waited in like just as long as the others so I'm not sure why I paid extra to "skip the line"

2hrs isn't enough time! Hopefully next time we visit we get more time!!! And passports or identifications aren't required for both the Palace of Versailles and the Louvre - they didn't even ask for it, so might as well have people not bring it as it is very risky to bring passports with you especially when touring Paris city.

Etruskische Abteilung und die großen Gemalte französischer Maler fand ich besonders beeindruckend. Einlass war gut organisiert und die Menschen haben sich gut im Louvre verteilt. Die Ausschilderung und Übersichtlichkeit im Museum fand ich etwas schwierig

Im Prinzip hat alles gut geklappt. Es hat an dem Morgen, an dem wir gebucht haben wie aus Eimern geschüttet. In der Beschreibung zu den Tickets stand, dass die Eingänge an der Pyramide oder die Eingänge Richelieu oder am Löwentor benutzen kann. Die letzteren beiden wären überdacht gewesen. Dort hat man uns mit unseren Tickets aber den Einlass verwehrt und auf den Eingang an der Pyramide verwiesen. Nach einer viertel Stunde anstehen im strömenden Regen waren wir komplett durchnässt. Also kann ich jedem nur raten, sich nicht blind auf die Beschreibung zu verlassen.

+ Man kam nur in das Museum, wenn es Wochen vorher online mit Einlass-Zeit gebucht wurde. Das entspannt die Situation am Einlass. Ein Tolles Museum, wo man Stunden verbringen kann. - Vor ort keine Headsets mehr zu erhalten gewesen Wir haben nur noch einen Termin am Nachmittag bekommen. Nach 1,5 Stunden am wichtigsten Bild angekommen, durften wir nichs mehr ansehen, da wir wegen Schließung tatsächlich herausgedrängt wurden. Schade. Dann sollte man das Zeitfenster für Buchungen so verändern, dass zumindest 3 Stunden Zeit sind, sich alles anzusehen. Oder man lässt ab einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt niemanden mehr herein, und hat dann noch einen Zeitpuffer. So war das etwas frech, wie die Massen herausgeschmissen wurden. Und das ist nicht übertrieben!!!Schade.

Me and my son (12) went up the Eiffel Tower on 05/04/2024 and visited the Louvre Museum on 08/04/2024 Both visits were hassle free finding the place of ticket collection was easy with Google Maps (4min walk from the Eiffel Tower) Louvre was again was an easy entry without a queue

El museo es increible, interesante e imposible de ver todo en un solo día, hay que enfocarse en lo que sea mas interesante para cada persona y recorrer esas partes; aunque habia zonas cerradas y fue un poco complicado llegar de unas zonas a otras. Las audioguías que se supone estaban incluidas (con touringbee) nunca funcionaron en ninguno de los 3

The instructions to redeem the audio guide are wrong. It states use the DAAT app which we downloaded no problem, selected the Louvre. The instruction on your ticket redemption guide state click on I have a code from within the DAaT app and enter the the AG code under your ticket section???? There was no AG code on the ticket, within the Headout app or website for the same booking. So totally confused with that and wasted effort & stress to my day.

O código não foi aceito para ativar o Guia áudio. De resto o ingresso foi prático. Só não tive uma boa experiência com o guia áudio. Recomendo realizar a compra do Guia áudio no próprio local.

I had two issues. First. For some reason the system at Louvre was not able to scan the code from the app and I was told that I should bring a printed ticket. But the person at Louvre solved it easily and I was able to enter the museum. I would probably not have reported it, if there hadn't been the second issue. The second issue was more problematic. It was related to the cruise. I went to the quay on saturday, but it was closed and there was no information. A guy, who was parking cars nearby, explained that the river was too high. I came back Sunday morning. There were people from the cruise company, who told me, that the river was still too high, but they would open from 4pm. It would have been too late for me as I had to catch a plane. We went shopping and to cafes and by accident discovered that boats were working around 2pm. Then we were able to do our cruise. Such tickets SHOULD NOT BE SOLD in advance, if there is a high probability that boats cannot be used on the river. Nobody informed me about that, when I booked my tickets.

I've arranged to have holiday in Paris with my friends. it helps us a lot on the skip the line ticket to Louvre were there were like so many people queing and it might take us 45mins on the line. So I would recommend Skip the line ticket. Unfortunately we didnt have the chance to use the Siene river experience due to the high level of water on the siene river however I called headout and they process my refund staright away. What an excellent service. I would use headout to my future travel. This type of service is what I want for future plans.
