Skip The Line Guided Tour of Palace of Parliament and Ceausescu Mansion

Sono rimasto colpito dal palazzo. Consiglio la visita, anche perchè non è possibile fare fotografie. Un palazzo rimasto fermo nel tempo. I biglietti sono stati consegnati a mano all'ingresso, un servizio impeccabile.

My guide complained about not answering my phone about 10 minutes before the meet area. I wasn't checking my phone, but I arrived at the meet area exactly at the time designated and didn't hold anyone up. Also I don't feel the value was justified. I thought the guide was actually going to conduct the tour. The only purpose of this it appeared was handle bringing the group inside and fetching the tickets, and for that, ended up paying over 3x the cost of getting it myself. Yes, the process to getting a ticket is weird where you had to call 24 hours in advance which was hard to do on the weekend. The tour itself was only about 35 minutes when it was said it would be an hour. Much of that hour was spent waiting around in the lobby area.

The guide was outstanding. Knowledgeable and passionate, and an inspiration. If all young people in Romania have her vision and empathy then the future will be bright.

Lawrence was a good guide, knowledgeable, interesting stories, i spend my time with pleasure and I got information about the history of the Parliament house and Romanian history. Excellent.

The tour did feel a little rushed but you have to consider that this is a working Government building so they are limited. With that said, what we were shown was very impressive and our guide was clear and informative, even though he was disrupted by other workers carrying food trays around! I would still recommend the tour to everyone.
