Take a 3-hour tour of one of the wonders of the historic centers of Naples, the Veiled Christ. You can admire the stunning and intricate details of this marble sculpture, one of the greatest works of Giuseppe Sanmartino. The beauty of the sculpture of Christ revolves around the mystery of the prince of Sansevero, Raimondo di Sangro. This work carried out by Guiseppe Sanmartino is linked to the legend of the veil.
Here, Christ has been depicted dead, covered by a veil that is perfectly adherent to his body.
