Important Information

• Please note that weather conditions may have an impact on your experience.

• Participants under the age of 18 who meet the height and weight requirements can do the tour on their own but will need to be accompanied by an adult and present a signed waiver by a parent or legal guardian in order to do so.

• All participants must be in good medical condition to be able to take this tour.

• It is mandatory for every participant to bring along their original passport or Emirates ID to be presented at the counter.

• Bring along your jacket and sunscreen.

Restrictions

• Strict Dress Code: Athletic clothes with sturdy, good-grip trainers, running shoes, or closed-toe shoes. It is not allowed to wear dresses, skirts, flip flops, or loose footwear.

• The experience is restricted for guests weighing less than 40kg and more than 100kg, shorter than 122cm.

• This experience should not be done under the influence of narcotics, spirits, or any other substances that impair judgment.

• Please arrive 30 minutes before the start time of your experience to avoid delays. It is mandatory for every participant to bring their original passport or Emirates ID to be presented at the counter

• If you have purchased reduced-price tickets, please carry your valid photo ID proof for verification.

• Upon arrival, you will see an Information Centre, where a host will confirm the details of your reservation. Please print or download the instructions, map, and directions.

How to Get There

By Car

• You will have to drive 30 kilometers up the Jebel Jais mountain.

• There are many signboards that will indicate the correct route along the way.

• Drive to the Zipline Parking as indicated on your reservation confirmation.

• If you are being transported by an agency, you will arrive at the Welcome Center directly. It is mandatory that you report to the welcome center 30 minutes before your scheduled activity.
