Bypassing the crowds and drawn-out audio guides, the hop on hop off guided boat tour takes you to all the best palaces. Your journey will begin at Kabatas Station, from which point you will travel to Dolmabahce Palace. From the middle of the 1800s to the beginning of the 1900s, this opulent palace housed the administrative centre. Make sure to check out the stunning Baccarat crystal staircase!
You'll then proceed to Emirgan Park, an enchanting park with plenty of flora and photo opportunities. Then it's on to Kucuksu Pavilion, a modest but stunning palace that was previously used as a hunting lodge and features magnificent carvings.
Last but not least, you'll see the Neo-Baroque Beylerbeyi Palace, which was once the home of the Ottoman Sultans. Tour this palace, which is renowned for its gorgeous gardens, palatial grandeur, including its 365 rooms, 22 salons, and 4.5-ton chandelier, all of which are home to an exceptional collection of European antiques. Take some photos while you're here. You'll return to Kabatas Station at the end of the cruise.
With this hop on hop off tour, you will not only be taken back to the bygone era, but you will also explore all of Istanbul's ancient attractions in a limited amount of time.
