What to expect on this tour
The tour begins at the Philosopher's Walk, lined with cherry trees, then to Kiyomizu-Dera Temple where the sakura trees are. Maruyama Park’s giant cherry tree is not to be missed, along with the multiple traditional food stalls. Keage Incline’s walkways are a sight to behold with 100 cherry trees lined up. You can enjoy boat rides in Okazaki Park’s canal at additional cost, taking beautiful pictures of the weeping cherry blossoms.
