Important Information

• The audio guide is available in English, German, Italian, French, Spanish, Czech & Polish.

• Please meet the representative with a blue and white umbrella in front of the main entrance to St. Vitus Cathedral, who will exchange your voucher for a ticket to the Prague Castle interiors.

• Note: Bring your smartphone and headphones to access and listen to the online audio guide.

• Meet the representative at the corner of the Prague Castle complex's III courtyard next to the St. Vitus Cathedral. Look out for an open blue and white umbrella. It is strongly advised to enter the Prague Castle complex from the side entrance of the Pražský Hrad tram station.

• If you have opted for the mobile guide, you will also receive an introduction to the guide functionality, along with an orientation map.

• Your ticket is valid for 2 days (from the day you receive it) and allows you one-time entry to each attraction from circuit B.

• Please note that parts of the Prague Castle complex might be subject to closures due to special events.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the meeting point. Students must show a valid student ID.
