Douro River Cruise
Post your travels in the city, you can go for a picturesque cruise on the waters of the Douro River. The Rabelo boats were used to transport people and barrels of Porto wine from wine cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia to Porto. Following the course of history, this boat also stops at Vila Nova de Gaia, near the Cálem cellars. Here you get to know the history & production process of Port wines from a local guide. With access to the cellars of Cales Cálem, be ready to taste some delicious ruby, white & dry port wines. You’ll come across beautiful city views as you sail under the 6 city bridges.
