- Pompeii tickets can be booked both online and on-site. With online tickets, guests can choose their preferred time slot, available every 15-minute. Until 01:00 PM, 500 guests will be allowed in per 15 minutes; after 01:00 PM, 300 guests will be allowed every 15 minutes.
- The Piazza Anfiteatro and Piazza Esedra Pompeii entrances are open for visitors
- It is mandatory that visitors wear a face mask throughout their trip
- Visitors must maintain a minimum of 1-meter social distance from others while outdoors, and 1.5-meter while indoors. One-way pathways have been marked to prevent crowd formation and various signs have been placed across the ruins to facilitate an even flow of movement.
- The temperature of each visitor will be checked before entry into the ruins. Any guest with a temperature higher than 37.5° C (99.5° F) will not be given entry.
- Hand sanitization stations are available at the site entrance, as well as outside the public washroom
- Independent guests can visit in a group comprising a maximum of 5 members, while guided tour groups are restricted to a maximum of 10 guests. Guided tours are now available between 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM.
- The Pompeii Antiquarium has newly opened to visitors. Opening hours are from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM with final entry at 03:30 PM.
