Important Information

• The card can only be used by one person at a time

• For the Chunghwa SIM Card and APTG SIM Card, each person can only redeem up to 3 SIM cards at once

• You may enjoy some exclusive discounts when purchasing at participating shops with this card. See the official website to know about the latest discount offers

• Please take good care of your card, there will be no refunds or replace cards if you lose or damage it

• Remember to deposit money before using your card as the new card will have no preloaded balance

• Once you're done using the card, you can approach the staff at any Taipei Metro Station to get the remaining balance of your card (if any) in cash. A service fee of TWD20 might be required. Please note that once this is done, you can no longer deposit any amount into your card

• You can redeem your ticket from the Taoyuan International Airport (TPE), Terminals 1 and 2, Arrival Hall at the Lion Travel service counter (counter No. 1)

• You can top up additional credits for the Chunghwa SIM Card at any convenience store (7-Eleven, Family Mart, etc). There is a minimum recharge amount of TWD300

• In rare cases, some attractions may be closed for scheduled maintenance. We recommend checking the official website and planning ahead to avoid closure dates

• The APTG SIM Card's coverage area is for Taiwan only. SIM sizes range from normal, micro, and nano. It supports cellphone and tablet (SIM-locked phones are not supported) networks. Hotspot features are available

• You can also avail of the EasyCard in downtown buses in Taipei, New Taipei, Keelung, Yilan, Hsinchu, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung, Lienchiang, and Kinmen

• The EasyCard can be used for YouBike/T Bike/C Bikes in Taipei, New Taipei, Taoyuan, Hsinchu, Taichung, Changhua, Tainan, and Kaohsiung

• The EasyCard can be used in attractions and shops such as 7-11, Family Mart, OK Mart, Starbucks, Cosmed, Watsons, Eslite, Taipei Zoo, Fisherman's Wharf, Tamsui Old Street, Balizuo'an Park, and Maokong Gondola

Children under 115cm or aged 0-5yrs can ride the Taipei Metro/bus free of charge (carry a valid photo ID)

How to Redeem Your Pass/Card:

Redeem your card at the Taoyuan International Airport (TPE) at either of the following counters:

• Terminal 1, Arrival Hall: Liontravel service counter (counter No. 1)

• Terminal 2, Arrival Hall: Liontravel service counter (counter No. 1)
  

Operational hours: 8 AM to 7 PM
