Important Information
- This package is exclusively available to tourists visiting Malaysia and not for Malaysian citizens or residents.
- The passport holder must be at least 12 years old and needs to present at the Tune Talk outlet in Kuala Lumpur Airport for SIM collection and registration.
- Collect your SIM Card by visiting the Tunetalk Traveler Store at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport in the arrival area between 6am to 12am.
- Keep your original passport and visa (if required for travel) on hand for SIM Card redemption.
- Fixed IDD rates apply for international calls, starting from as low as 12sen/min. International SMS to any country cost only 15 cents/SMS.
- Local customer care is available to help with any concerns you may have. Call 13100 or chat online from 8am until 10pm daily.
