The Tower of London: A Celebrated World Heritage Site

One of the most famous, and arguably infamous buildings in Britain's history, the Tower of London is a historic landmark that was declared a World Heritage Site in 1988. It was founded in 1066 by William the Conqueror and has been an important symbol of the British monarchy ever since. It was previously home to the Royal Mint, and has been used as a treasury, armory, and prison. On this tour, you will see the Line of Kings Exhibition, with its stunning displays featuring the figures of kings, royal armor and arms. The White Tower is known for its impeccable ability to keep invaders at bay and makes for an awe-inspiring sight. See the most famous diamond in the world, The Great Star of Africa, housed in the Jewel House alongside the precious Crown Jewels. Don't miss out on exploring the Tower of London with the Yeoman Warders (or the Beefeaters as they are popularly known) who will regale you with exciting stories through the ages.

Explore the Recently Renovated St. Paul's Cathedral

Visit St. Paul's Cathedral, an icon in London and one of the city's primary spiritual centers. Designed by Sir Christopher Wren in the late 17th century, the Cathedral is one of the world's best-loved and most beautiful buildings. Timeless and majestic, St. Paul's Cathedral stands tall in the bustling city of London, a symbol of serenity amidst fast-paced life and corporate concrete. Its recent restoration sees a flood of light streaming through the Cathedral's interiors, highlighting the luminescent Portland stone and bringing the paintings, carvings, mosaics and sculptures housed here to life.

Don't miss out on the lofty Dome of St.Paul's, Sir Wren's crowning glory, one of the Cathedral's features that stands out. But nothing beats the experience of taking the winding spiral staircase to the Whispering Gallery with its unique audio effects, as well as stepping into the Stone and Golden Galleries that offer unparalleled panoramic views of the city.
