With an expert guide leading you by lamplight, this is your chance to experience the darker, more mysterious side of Prague.

Follow your guide beneath the Old Town Hall, to explore the former dungeons and torture chambers. Listen to the story about the city’s most famous executioner and his tragic story. It is said that he used to haunt these halls for a very long time. Walk around and learn about some of the famous prisoners who were once tortured in this dark, lonely place and who might still be lurking around.

The tour begins at 7 PM daily and goes on until 8:15 PM
Wear comfortable shoes as there is a moderate amount of walking involved
This tour is not recommended for people with reduced mobility
Baby strollers, food and drinks, and pets are not allowed on this tour

By Metro:

If you are taking the metro, get off at either the Staromestska stop (line A), or the Namesti Republiky station (line B)
They are both about 10 minutes from the meeting point

By Tram:

Get off at the Namesti Republiky stop by taking the tram #6, 8, 15, or 26. Cross the Old Town Square towards the Tyn Cathedral
Once you get behind the Tyn Cathedral, you will see a huge signboard saying Prague Trips & Tickets

By Bus:
