Het was de bedoeling dat ik zaterdag 2 december naar het park zou gaan, maar toen ik belde om te wijzigen kreeg ik te horen dat wijzigingen niet kunnen plaatsvinden. Toen ik aankwam bij het park vertelden ze me dat het de bedoeling was dat je morgen zou komen, dus er was een verwarring en er was een vertraging van 50 minuten totdat ik het park in kon vanwege dit.

The ticket delivery was too slow and it meant we did not receive them for a few hours after booking for the day. . This meant we were held up at the park entrance for over an hour unable to proceed until received. The app bot kept advising me to wait another 20 minutes, as did the live person, Ben. For that matter, Ben did satisfactorily resolve the issue in the end. So, many thanks to him - he made four people very happy.
