Informatief en goede prijs! Zeer begripvol over ticket tijden. We hadden een vluchtvertraging en konden pas de dag na onze oorspronkelijke tijd komen, ze accepteerden ze nog steeds! Geweldige klantenservice!

Very interesting visit. The information boards and articles on display told a great story of the first prison in Britain and the terible conditions that had to be endured whether guilty or innocent.

Ticket was super easy and the whole experience really fun. I thought too it was well priced in comparison to many of London's attractions. Well done indeed.

The way the old prison settings & artefacts have been re-enacted and preserved, the polite staff and the narrations on the walls. I also liked the stress-free booking process and the animated voices depicting the old prison setup.

It was amazing, the atmosphere was really nice. Maybe there would be eaven greater if there was people showing how they used all the itemes in there.

Myself, husband and teenage daughter loved learning the history of the prison, the surrounding area and the people who lived there and the darker stories of the River Thames. The displays were very good, the torture instruments were grim, but interesting and gave us a real understanding of the suffering of these unfortunate people.

Booking online was easy and the lady at reception friendly and helpful. We went with three children ages 7-10 which was a perfect age as they are able to read and loved touching the exhibits. As it isn't too large an exhibition they didn't get bored and loved searching for and counting the rats!
