• Re-entry is not permitted.

• Parts of the attractions may be closed in the event of bad weather, such as heavy wind or rain, to ensure the safety of tourists. The indoor observation corridor will be open.

• It's recommended to wear warm attire and socks during winter.

Restrictions

• It's not allowed to bring anything to the observation deck except your wallet and phone/camera. Anything else needs to be placed in the locker on the 14th floor.

• Note that the following are not allowed during this experience: pets, tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, earphones, headphones, hats, caps, knit hats, large luggage, food & drinks, radios, and transceivers.

• Photography and filming for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
