Ery straightforward to make the booking. We appreciated the discount for seniors. The payment by credit card was effortless and all went well for us. The convenience was very much appreciated.

Ik leidde een vriendengroep van 13 personen. De 1e boeking van 10 personen was geweldig. Ik ontving de bevestiging en de QR-code (via e-mail bijna onmiddellijk). De 2e boeking van 3 personen werd gedaan. De creditcardbetaling werd met succes in rekening gebracht. In de bevestigingsmail stond dat het even zou duren (30 minuten) voordat de QR Code zou worden verzonden. De QR Code email kwam 5 uur later. Gelukkig was het personeel (Corina) behulpzaam om het boekingscentrum te bellen en liet de 3 personen toe tot Penang Hill Habitat.

Alles! De kinderen waren echter teleurgesteld dat de zipline-activiteit niet beschikbaar was vanwege onderhoud. (aparte kosten ja, maar je moet toch weer Habitat in). Desondanks was de ervaring de moeite waard.

Zeer goede ervaring in de frisse lucht van The Habitat, voor de prijs van slechts RM50. Maar bij de hoofdingang van Penang Hill, waar een Indiër alle Indiase gerelateerde dingen verkoopt, zoals Henna, hing een zeer slechte geur van wierook. Dat was een vleugje frisse lucht uit het hoogland. Doe alstublieft iets als u geen bezoekers wilt verliezen.
