• Kew Palace, The Great Pagoda and Queen's Charlotte's Cottage are closed for winter and will reopen on 3 Apr.

SEA LIFE London Aquarium

• If you can present the correct documentation along with your ticket, you will receive a free companion ticket.

• SEA LIFE is fully accessible for all guests with different abilities - there is a ramp at the entrance and elevators throughout the attraction. All restrooms are handicap accessible.

• Assistance dogs are allowed.

• O2 WiFi is available. Connect when you are inside the aquarium and sign up for free.

• There is no cafeteria or restaurant inside the aquarium but there are vending machines and Polar Point Refreshments during peak hours for visitors to purchase food.

• On average, it will take you 1.5 to 2 hours to enjoy the full SEA LIFE London experience. Comfortable shoes are recommended to make the best of your experience.
