COVID-19 Safety Measures

• Wearing a mask is mandatory in all the spaces (ticket office, museum, bookshop, services, garden) and for the entire time of your visit

• Your temperature is measured via a thermo-scanner before entering the ticket office; if the measured temperature is higher than 37.5° C, access to the ticket office or the Museum will not be allowed

• Maintain a safe interpersonal distance of at least 1.5 meters. Follow the instructions on the information panels and the yellow signs on the floor to identify where to position yourself in the waiting areas and the routes to follow

• The audio guide service is not available, but you can download the museum’s official app for free on iOS and Android

• Before admiring Leonardo's masterpiece, you will take a short path interrupted by automatic doors that automatically close and open alternately, to allow the natural filtering of air

• Access to the toilet is only possible for two people at a time

• Before entering the bookshop, disinfect your hands with the disinfectant gel

Important Information

• In order to guarantee everyone a safe visit, the visit rounds last 15 minutes for a maximum number of 5 people at a time

• Only one person at a time is allowed to enter the ticket office

• Suitcases or bags are not allowed. In case you have any with you, deposit them at the special timed lockers (60 min.) that you’ll find at the ticket office

• The venue is wheelchair accessible

• Photography is not allowed inside

• Tue to Sat – 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (last admission: 6:45 PM)

• Sunday – 9:00 AM to 1:45 PM (last admission: 1:30 PM)
