Ik had 5 kaartjes geboekt en 2 kaartjes voor Senior en Kind werden ongeldig gemaakt bij de ticketautomaat van Ripley. Het duurde zo lang en ze waren niet in staat om de rotzooi op te lossen. Er stonden andere mensen achter ons in de rij voor kaartjes. Erger nog, omdat we op vakantie waren met een klein kind konden we niet langer wachten en moesten we 2 extra kaartjes kopen voor de volle prijs van Rm98 per kaartje om het park in te kunnen. Ik heb gechat met het Headout support team en hen verteld dat ik mijn geld terug wil voor de 2 ongeldige tickets. Ik wil mijn geld snel terug
