Je kunt gemakkelijk tickets ophalen bij het kasteel van Sforzesco. Zorg ervoor dat je de instructies volgt. Bij Necchi Villa liet ik het ticket van de Headout app zien aan de ingang en er was geen probleem. Bij de voordeur van het eigenlijke huis hadden ze geen idee van Headout, maar ik legde uit dat de ingang er geen problemen mee had en het was prima.

Ik kreeg de kaartjes en een mobiele app met een heel eenvoudige gids voor het bezoek. Gezien het feit dat er geen wachtrijen waren om tickets te kopen, beschouw ik wat ik kreeg als van weinig toegevoegde waarde.
