Get access to pre-recorded commentary, suggested itineraries, a handy map, and more, available at your fingertips! Your pass is activated as soon as you visit your 1st attraction and is valid for 60 days before it runs out. The days needn't be consecutive.

Helaas werkte de River Wonders boottocht niet en de eendentocht ging niet door omdat de eend kapot was. Er werd mij geadviseerd dat ik een terugbetaling zou krijgen voor de eendentocht, dus ik zou het op prijs stellen als ik wist hoe ik dit verzoek kon verwerken.

Werkte zoals geadverteerd. Mooie dingen gezien. Een echte aanrader is de bloemenkoepel, prachtige natuur in airconditioning. Ik dacht dat de avatar-ervaring een gimmick zou zijn, maar het was prachtig.

Ik koos voor de optie met 7 attracties, zodat ik mijn tempo kon bepalen. Waarschijnlijk had ik er meer dan 7 in twee dagen kunnen doen als ik me had gehaast. Ik vond het niet leuk om in dezelfde lange rij te wachten als de kaartkopers bij de kabelbaan.

Ik wil een KLACHT indienen over het inwisselen van het toegangskaartje voor Birds of Paradise. Volgens uw lijst moeten we het ticket in de dierentuin van Singapore inwisselen. Maar nadat ik in een lange rij had gestaan en aan de beurt was, kreeg ik te horen dat ik het kaartje bij de Birds of Paradise moest halen. Zelfs toen ik aanvoerde dat ik uw instructies in de lijst had gevolgd, zeiden ze dat ze Go Ticket al op de hoogte hadden gesteld van de verandering van locatie. Het was niet hun probleem. Dus ik moest me terug haasten naar het busstation om de pendelbus te halen en opnieuw in de rij te gaan staan voor de tickets bij de Birds of Paradise. Wat de frustratie nog groter maakte, was dat ik mijn ouders had meegenomen en zij extra kilometers moesten lopen en extra lang moesten wachten. Hierdoor verspilde ik meer dan 1 uur (meer dan 3 uur voor 3 personen) aan het heen en weer lopen tussen de 2 parken tot ik uiteindelijk de kaartjes voor 3 kreeg. UPDATE uw lijst zo snel mogelijk om te voorkomen dat een dergelijke frustrerende situatie weer gebeurt met andere mensen, vooral degenen die kinderen en senioren meenemen.
