Important Information

• Facilities at Ferrari World: Lockers, Stroller Accessibility, Baby Changing, and Feeding Room.

• Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at Ferrari World.

• The following rides are unavailable for annual maintenance:

  • Mission Ferrari: currently unavailable

  • Formula Rossa: from 1 May until 15 May

  • Formula Rossa Junior: from 22 May until 21 June

• It is recommended to wear sunglasses during your visit to the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque.

Strict Dress Code for Women at the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque:

• It is recommended to wear a traditional robe (abaya) and a headscarf (shayla). If you do not have your own, these garments will be provided to you.

• It is recommended to have your arms, legs, and hair completely covered.

Strict Dress Code for Men at the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque:

• It is recommended to wear long trousers and long sleeves.

Restrictions

• Pets, except for service animals(in special cases) are not permitted inside Ferrari World.

• Overt display of affection is not allowed inside Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque.

• Note: No transparent clothing, half sleeves, skirts, beach wears, jeans, or tight clothing is allowed inside the mosque.

Operating Hours

• Sat - Thu: 9am onwards

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID during the pick-up.

Hotel Transfers

• This ticket includes hotel pick-ups.

• While booking, please provide the name of your hotel.

• Hotel Pick ups is applicable to all hotels in Dubai Deira / Bur Dubai / Downtown / Sheikh Zayed Road / Mall of Emirates / Jumeirah / Palm Jumeirah / Marina area.

• Additional charge of USD 15 applies for pick up from Sharjah, Jebel Ali or Ajman Hotels (to be paid at pickup).

• Drop off areas are Emirates mall, Dubai Mall, Burjuman and Deira City Center.

• If your hotel is not in the pick-up zone, you will be provided with the nearest pick-up location.

• On the day of your tour, please arrive at your hotel lobby 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time.

• If your hotel does not have a lobby, please wait at the entrance of your hotel.
