Pets are not allowed in the adventure park.
Go-pros or similar devices are not allowed on any of the rides.
Eten en drinken van buiten is ten strengste verboden.

Al Montazah Parks provides wheelchairs for people with disabilities at the ticketing counter.
Differently-abled people can avail fast passes so that they don't have to wait in long lines.

Kinderen jonger dan 13 jaar moeten te allen tijde door een volwassene worden begeleid.

Facilities: Free parking & lockers with an additional fee
During Ramadan, the Amusement Park will be open from 6pm to 1am. The Waterpark remains closed until Ramadan ends, reopening after Eid with operating hours from 10am to 10pm. On Eid days, the Amusement Park will operate from 3pm to 12am.
