Important Information

• Hornblower cruise is a seasonal attraction. When the boat cruise is not operating, it will be replaced by Niagara’s Fury and the Butterfly Conservatory

• Floral clock is a seasonal attraction and is not visitable during winter months

• The exact duration of the tour may vary slightly based on traffic, seasonality (e.g. during off-peak times, tours tend to be a little shorter due to less traffic)

• Once up close to the falls on the day cruise, you do get wet from the mist for a few minutes. A poncho will be provided before boarding. Most travelers will still take their phones and cameras on board. You can also bring a change of shoes with you, if required

• It is recommended that you carry along snacks with you or bring extra cash to purchase food at stops

• Sanitizers will be provided and the vehicles are frequently cleaned and disinfected for your safety

• Wearing a mask is mandatory. Carry your own or wear the one offered by your guide

• On the day of your tour, please arrive at your hotel lobby 15 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time

• If your hotel does not have a lobby, please wait at the entrance of your lobby
