Access to step into the former aircraft carrier that was used in WWII. You get to walk on the decks of the carrier and check out the numerous items on display. Of significance are the restored aircraft that include Lockheed A-12 Blackbird, the world's fastest military jet and Concorde, the fastest commercial aircraft.
Additionally, you get to learn about the Intrepid in a short film. Having survived 5 Kamikaze strike and one torpedo strike, the carrier had earned its place in folklore. And now has been immortalized on the Hudson as part of the Intrepid Sea, Air, and Space museum.
