What to Expect On Your Guided Tour
Depart on a comfortable bus equipped with air conditioning from Edinburgh. As you go past Stirling Castle, your guide will tell you tales of William Wallace and Robert the Bruce and the terrible battles that were fought here.
First, make your way to see the beautiful Glencoe valley in the Scottish Highlands and follow the filming routes of Skyfall and Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. Hear the terrible account of the 1692 massacre of the Clan MacDonald from your tour guide. To reach Ben Nevis, the highest point in the British Isles at 4,409 feet, you must pass via Fort William.
Optional Cruise & Lunch
If you choose to upgrade your ticket then on reaching the lovely town of Fort Augustus, which is on the south side of Loch Ness, have lunch at any one of the many restaurants, stores, or cafes in the area. You may spend an hour strolling along the Caledonian Canal's paths and then another hour on a boat tour of Loch Ness. The magnificent Commando Monument may be found close to Spean Bridge, and it offers breathtaking views of the Nevis Range. The terrain in Cairngorms National Park is renowned as the "Monarch of the Glen," which you may learn more about on your explorations there.
