When you're traveling to Fuerteventura (Canary Islands), an absolute must-do is this visit to the Natural Park, Islote de Lobos on a boat service to the island of Lobos. Located just 15 minutes from Corralejo, this hidden corner of the Atlantic will leave you in awe with its lovely hues of the blue sea.

Your first welcome to the island is the statue of Josefina Plá, a Spanish author, poet, and essayist who was born on the island. On her left is the Visitor Center. On the other hand, you will find a path that will take you to the best-known beach on the islet, 'La Caleta.' It is named after the lime kiln found here but is more popularly known as 'La Concha' because of its shape. The calm and crystalline waters will call you for a dip, or tempt you to enjoy a tan in the sun. Nudists and non-nudists coexist perfectly here. Gaze into the distance and spot the Dunes of Corralejo and the outline of Fuerteventura. If you turn your back on the sea, you will be able to spot the unique mountain of La Caldera.

Climb your way up the mountain of La Caldera, a volcanic cone. From a 127-meter height, take in stunning views of Fuerteventura and Lanzarote. If you enjoy hiking, don't miss out on heading towards the northern part of the islet, where the lighthouse “Martiño” is located!"
