Ticket Information

This ticket has the following variants that you can choose from:

• Taipei Zoo Ticket

• Taipei Zoo Ticket + Maokong Gondola Ticket (2 trips per ticket)

Important Information

• Maokong Gondola: Children aged 5yrs and below go free, provided that they are accompanied by at least 1 paying adult

• One adult can bring a maximum of 2 children free of charge. Succeeding number of children must have a child ticket

• It is recommended to bring comfortable shoes and a mosquito repellent at Taipei Zoo

• Long-sleeves and long pants are suggested to avoid bug bites

• Please wait in line during peak time

• Climbing fences and entering enclosures are prohibited

• Entering operation areas and the shuttle train lane is prohibited

• Eating and drinking is prohibited inside exhibitions at the zoo

• Passengers with prams, pushchairs, wheelchairs (regular and electric) must not exceed 140cm x 70cm x 170cm

• Passengers with cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure, acrophobia, or other medication conditions should not ride the gondola

Timings

Taipei Zoo:

• Daily from 9 AM - 5 PM (last admission at 4 PM)

• Animal Exhibit: 9 AM- 4:30 PM

Maokong Gondola:

• Tue - Thur: 9 AM- 9 PM

• Mondays: Open on first week of month only from 9 AM- 9 PM

• Fridays and the day before a national holiday: 9 AM- 10 PM

• Saturdays and national holidays: 8:30 AM- 10 PM

• Sundays and the last day of continuous national holidays: 8:30 AM- 9 PM

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly

• Please display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at each redemption point

Ticket Redemption Points

Taipei Zoo:

• Make your way to the ticketing kiosk or south entrance of Taipei Zoo

• Address: No. 30號, Section 2, Xinguang Road, Wenshan District, Taipei City, Taiwan 11656

• Scan your digital QR Code via a ticketing machine to redeem paper tickets

• Hand the tickets to ticketing staff for entry

• After redemption,the physical ticket is valid on the same date

Get Directions to the Redemption Point

Maokong Gondola:

• Make your way to Taipei Zoo Station Maokong Gondola

• Address: No.8, Sec. 2, Xinguang Rd., Wenshan Dist., Taipei City 116, Taiwan

• Scan the code to redeem your ticket (2 trips per ticket)

• You can take the Gondola from all stations and use it for 2 trips

• The ticket will be withdrawn by the gate automatically after using it for 2 trips

• After redemption both trips should be used on the same date
