Your Experience

Set off from the meeting point on a comfortable air-conditioned bus and head towards the first stop on your itinerary, Kennin-ji Temple. Known to be Kyoto’s oldest Zen temple, you’ll notice striking paintings on the ceiling and sliding doors, before heading to the zen garden known for its tranquility.

Your next stop, Gion, is an old entertainment district known for its maiko girls and geiko women. A walk through this district will give you a taste of traditional Japanese culture even today. After this, settle down for the traditional tea ceremony at Fukujuen, a long-established tea shop. Sip on an invigorating cup of matcha green tea before heading to the last stop on your itinerary, the shopping district of Nishiki Market!
