KBr Photography Center, launched by the Fundación MAPFRE, is located in the vibrant surroundings of Barcelona's Port Olímpic. As you step into the 1,400 m2 space, you'll find 2 main spaces with the works of iconic photographers from past to present.
Delve into the world of Tina Modotti and explore her life and career intertwined with the Spanish Civil War. Journey through Catalonia as seen through the lens of Jules Ainaud from 1871 to 1872, an unappreciated pioneer whose work now gains recognition. Don't miss the current exhibition about Ilse Bing, a mid 20th-century German photographer known for her exceptional work.
