• 3:30 AM - 5 AM: Hotel pickup
• 4:45 AM - 5:30 AM: Briefing by the pilot
• 5:45 AM - 6 AM: Boarding the balloon basket
• 6 AM - 7:30 AM: 60-min balloon flight
• 7:30 AM - 7:45 AM: Transfer back to Margham Desert
• 7:45 AM - 8:15 AM: Breakfast at Margham Desert Camp
• 9 AM - 9:30 AM: Hotel drop-off

COVID Safety Information

• Wearing a mask is mandatory at all times during the tour from the pickup, while on the balloon, and also while being dropped off
• Contactless temperature checks before pickup by the driver as well as on arrival at our take- off location by the safety manager
• Any passenger showing any symptoms of Covid-19 will not be allowed to participate in any part of our tour
• Our vehicles and hot air balloons are thoroughly sanitized at all times before each tour
• We frequently sanitize all high touch frequency public areas
• All passengers must sign the disclaimer/indemnity (declaration) and safety form that they are free from Covid-19 and they do not have any symptoms
• Due to Covid-19, the breakfast would be served in packed boxes instead of buffet
• As we do not outsource our F&B services, we ensure compliance with the most stringent rules and regulations from local authorities

Important Information

It is mandatory to sign a declaration stating that you don’t fall under any of the below-mentioned criteria before the tour commences or you will be denied entry:

• Children less than 5 years
• Adults more than 70 years old
• Ladies more than 3 months pregnant
• Serious Heart problem / serious knee & back pain
• Anyone had major surgery during the last 6 months
• Persons suffering from height phobia not recommended
• Due to current guidelines, guests with high-risk medical conditions, chronic diseases and respiratory illnesses will not be able to join our tour.
• Guests with mental or emotional disabilities and physical impairments are not allowed to fly

Get a full refund on canceling this ticket up to 48 hours before the schedule

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly
• Please display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID while boarding
• Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time of your experience to avoid delays

Hotel Transfers

• If you pick hotel transfers, then this ticket includes hotel pickups and drop-offs
• This is applicable to all hotels in Dubai Main City
• On the day of your tour, please report at your hotel lobby 10-15 min prior to your scheduled departure
• If your hotel does not have a lobby, please wait at the entrance of the hotel
