• In order to support contactless entry at theme parks, contact tracing, and virtual queueing on rides, guests are required to download and load their entry tickets onto the Village Roadshow Theme park’s app

• Some attractions, experiences, shows, meet and greets, food and retail outlets may be modified or temporarily unavailable in order to deliver on the COVID Safe commitment to guests, team members and the government

• To ensure the safety of guests and team members, Theme Parks encourage contactless payments. All guests are requested to pay using a valid credit or debit card

Dress Code

It is fine to wear t-shirts at all attractions. Body slides such as Jetstreams, River Rapids and Aqua Loops require you to slide on your body, and excessive clothing can prevent you from completing the ride. Any clothing with rivets, studs, zips, etc. which may damage attractions will not be permitted

• Sometimes areas/rides may need to be temporarily closed for maintenance, improvements or safety reasons. Please check the official website for updated information before purchasing

• For the sake of your safety, there are height restrictions for some of the rides

• You are allowed to bring a picnic lunch into Wet'n'Wild Gold Coast, however, no commercially prepared food or alcohol can be brought into the park

• Camera’s and Go Pros are not permitted on attractions or in pool areas for safety reasons
