The train from Naples was packed with people - standing room only. I bought the tickets as we rode the train, because I thought we would avoid waiting in line. When we arrived, first we had to wait in line to redeem the tickets; second, the online version was a bit more expensive than the tickets at the gate. It all turned out okay, but it would help at least if you would make it clear that your are charging a bit more for the online version. We were otherwise happy with the whole experience - it was just a minor annoyance. Thanks - Jack PS - Your choices in this questionnaire do not give us the correct choice (online version more expensive). And then this section is titled "What did you love about your experience?" - We know you want positive reviews, but if you want real reviews, then maybe rethink this rating questionnaire. :)

I was told any wired headset would work. This was not true. And the volume was far too soft. Additionally the signage was not sufficient to actually find certain areas I was searching for. Pompeii is incredible...the site and labeling is NOT user friendly.

Estuvo bien intetesante, cumplió mis espectativas, se camina mucho. Ideal para otros visitantes que contraten un guía, es muy grande el lugar y la audiguía no es de mucha ayuda.

It looked amazing and it was astonishing how mich could get recovered. It's a huge area, so we we're sorry, that we didn't bring enough time sith us. If you want discover the most you need minimum three hours.

Die antike Ruinenstadt ist riesig und total beeindruckend. Die Farben der Fresken in der Villa dei Misteri sind echt gut erhalten (rosso pompeiano). Ich hab mir vor dem Besuch eine Route zurechtgelegt - man kann an einem Tag nicht alles "ablaufen ".

Not so much as skip the line as still had to que for tickets. Could have just bought them there and then. I thought tickets would be sent electronically.

Le trajet en train n'est pas bien indiqué a Naples, et le train surchargé. Sur place pas de plan clair du site, ni un minimum d'explication sur les quartiers et la circulation à l'intérieur du site (ex l'accès à l'antiquarium est mal indiqué) . On peut passer à côté de certains endroits intéressants. Certains endroits sont en sens unique mais ils ne sont pas identifiables avant pour pouvoir anticiper le parcours (notamment au niveau de l'amphithéâtre et de l'exposition). Mais le site reste exceptionnel et très bien entretenu

Es muy bueno el servicio de audio guía , muy práctico y completo , recomiendo para hacerlo al tiempo de cada uno y dedicarle tiempo a lo que más les atraiga . Las mejores partes las naranjas y la violeta, pero todo el pueblo vale la pena . Lleva unas 4 horas masomenos recorrerla completa .

La organización es un poco compleja. Aunque sacas las entradas por Internet, tienes que esperar la cola, como si las compraras en taquilla para que te las den en formato papel. La comunicación en transporte público es caótica. Parece mentira que siendo Patrimonio de la humanidad tarden casi una hora en llegar los trenes. Los andenes y vagones quedan abarrotados. Por lo demás, la audioguía muy útil y Pompeya impresionante.

L audio-guide pour enfant semblait bien fait. Mon fils de 6 ans a eu plaisir a l écouter. Dommage qu on ne puisse pas faire la réservation par internet

Der Audio Guide war ein Handy. Hier musste man seinen Ausweis für abgeben. Die Audioqualität war zwar okay, aber man musste die ganze Zeit das Handy am Ohr halten, da es keine Kopfhörer gab. Das Handy zeigte einem auch seinen Standort an und eine Karte von den Pompeii Ruinen, was sehr nützlich war.

Ver Pompeya ha sido una experiencia fascinante, pero realmente este portal no te ahorra la cola, porque no compras las entradas, sino que solo tienes un código de reserva, por lo que a la entrada debes esperar la fila para canjear las entradas en el mostrador. Casi media hora estuvimos allí esperando. Había otro acceso sin colas para gente que ya llevaba las entradas, no sé cómo las conseguirían.

+Sehr schöne Anlage . -Leider nur 1 Möglichkeit dwr Gastronomie, die natürlich überlaufen war. -Toilettenzellen soweit wir besucht haben nicht abschliessbar, keine Seife.

La facilité d'acces aux deux sites. Le prix. La liberté d'aller et venir à ma guise avec un audioguide loué à l'entrée des deux sites.

Impressive- lots of walking but to see all that was left standing, a whole city , quite amazing. Not to be missed, an archaeological wonder.

Everything was great, however we didn't krew we had to change the tickets in the ticket office, as they in fact were vouchers. Great experience, amazing impression!

Las descripciones de la audio guía estaban bien pero era muy incómoda, deberían avisar que uno lleve auriculares y deberían proveer algo para poder colgarla
